- Is my data used to train the AI?
- No. Your data is not sold or used to train public models. We don't store prompt text; we only record usage metrics (token counts) to run the service.
- Do I need to build a profile?
- Nothing special is required. Identity is your WhatsApp and matchmaking works with what you already have. The more complete your profile, the better the suggestions — but the AI starts on its own.
- Which plans include the AI?
- AI matchmaking is available from the Standard Events plan (with a more powerful model on Pro and Enterprise) and also in Networks. The AI Smart Agenda is on the Pro and Enterprise Events plans.
- How does it decide who or what to recommend?
- It combines what each person is looking for and offering — and, for the agenda, the topics of each talk — to measure fit, and shows you the reason behind each recommendation. The AI suggests; you always choose.
- Does matchmaking also work in my community?
- Yes. The same matchmaking engine works inside your Networks: it suggests introductions between members who should know each other.
