Until today, running an event on Circli started with a conversation with our team. Not anymore: Circli Events onboarding is now self-serve, and the Free plan is open to everyone. Create your account, connect your WhatsApp, and build your event yourself, in minutes — no demo required.
This is a milestone for us. We proved the engine with 10,000 people at Sitevinitech 2026; now that same engine is within reach of any organizer running a meeting, a meetup, or a small conference.
Create your event in minutes
The flow is short, and it all happens in the browser and WhatsApp:
- Start free. Create your account with your email or your WhatsApp.
- Connect your number. Verify your WhatsApp once — that's your identity on Circli.
- Build your event. Name, date, agenda. Done: you get a QR and a link to invite people.
Nothing to download — not for you, not for your guests.
Everything you can do for free (up to 50 attendees)
The Free plan is free forever, up to 50 attendees. Built for a team meeting, a meetup, a workshop, or a small conference. It includes:
- QR onboarding and check-in. Guests scan a QR and enter through WhatsApp. No lines, no apps.
- Event agenda. Talks, times, and rooms — always in every guest's pocket.
- Attendee profile. Each person builds their card and joins the event directory.
- WhatsApp bot. Your event answers on its own: agenda, location, help — all over chat.
- Basic networking. Attendees discover and connect with each other.
For an event of up to 50 people, that covers the whole operation: invite, register, inform, and connect. Free.
What your guests experience
This is the part people love: your guests install nothing. They scan the QR (or tap a wa.me link), WhatsApp opens, and they're in — with the agenda, their profile, and everyone else. The app they already use every day is your event's app.
When your event grows
When you pass 50 attendees or want more, you move to a plan with more capacity and more features — you pay per plan, never per attendee:
- Standard (up to 500). Exhibitor directory, venue map, and sponsors.
- Pro (up to 1,500). AI matchmaking, interactive map, booth-to-booth game, lead capture, and event chat/community.
